Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of easierweb.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. The Site is operated by Easier Web LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"), operating under the name "EasierWeb". By using the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

What we sell

We sell one-time access to source code products, delivered by granting you collaborator access to a private GitHub repository immediately after payment is confirmed. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges: each purchase is a single, one-time payment.

License and access

Your rights to use, modify, and redistribute the code in a purchased repository are set out in that product's own License Agreement, linked from its product page (e.g. "View License Agreement"). The license terms may vary by product — refer to the specific product's license, not this page, for usage rights. Your continued access to a purchased repository is conditioned on your compliance with these Terms and that License Agreement — we may revoke access in cases such as a payment dispute or chargeback, suspected fraud, or unauthorized redistribution of the code. Revocation does not entitle you to a refund; see our Refund Policy below.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Because access to a purchased repository is granted immediately on payment, all sales are final. See our Refund Policy for details.

Account

You sign in using your GitHub account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of that account and for any activity that occurs under it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
