Software License Agreement ↑

Provider: Easier Web LLC (licensing@easierweb.com) Last Updated: 2026-08-18

By completing a purchase on easierweb.com, the individual or entity making the purchase ("Customer") agrees to the following terms with Easier Web LLC ("Provider").

1. Definitions

  • Software means the software product purchased by Customer through easierweb.com, as identified in the order confirmation.
  • Effective Date means the date Customer completes purchase on easierweb.com.
  • Fees means the amount charged to Customer at the time of purchase, as shown in the order confirmation.

2. License Grant

Provider grants Customer a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software. Customer may:

  • Use and modify the Software for their own projects
  • Use the Software as the foundation for systems built on behalf of clients; if source code is delivered to a client, Customer must inform the client of these restrictions before delivery — the client may use it solely to operate and maintain that specific project, and may not use it as a starting point for other projects, redistribute it, or share it further

Customer may not:

  • Resell, relicense, or redistribute the source code as a standalone product or template
  • Publish or include the source code in open-source projects
  • Remove or alter any copyright or license notices in the Software

3. Delivery

Provider will grant Customer access to the Software repository upon receipt of payment. Customer is responsible for installing and operating the Software in their own environment.

4. No Data Collection

Provider does not access, collect, or process any Customer data. The Software runs entirely within Customer's own infrastructure using Customer's own credentials. Provider has no visibility into Customer's environment or data.

5. Cloud Infrastructure

Customer acknowledges that the Software provisions infrastructure in Customer's own cloud account using Customer's own credentials and at Customer's own cost. Provider has no access to Customer's cloud environment and bears no responsibility for cloud costs, resource limits, data stored on provisioned infrastructure, or third-party cloud provider service availability or terms of service.

6. Third-Party Software

The Software installs, configures, or otherwise depends on third-party software that Provider did not create — including, without limitation, operating system packages, container runtimes, Kubernetes distributions, VPN clients, and infrastructure-as-code tools and providers. These third-party components are not part of the Software licensed under this Agreement, remain governed solely by their own respective license terms (which may include usage restrictions, fees, or eligibility conditions unrelated to this Agreement), and are not warranted, supported, sublicensed, or resold by Provider. Customer is solely responsible for identifying, reviewing, and complying with the license terms applicable to any third-party software the Software installs, configures, or causes to run.

7. Payment

The license fee is a one-time charge due at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes.

8. Warranty

Provider warrants that the Software will substantially conform to its documentation for 90 days from the Effective Date. Customer's sole remedy for a breach of this warranty is that Provider will use reasonable efforts to correct the non-conformity. Except for this express warranty, the Software is provided "as is." Provider disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Provider's total liability to Customer for any claim arising under this Agreement will not exceed the Fees paid by Customer. In no event will Provider be liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Export Controls

Customer may not use or export the Software in violation of U.S. export laws or to any country subject to U.S. sanctions.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of New Jersey. Customer consents to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

12. Term; Discontinuation of Access and Support

This Agreement, and the license granted in Section 2, survive indefinitely with respect to the version of the Software Customer has accessed as of the date repository access was granted.

Provider may, at its discretion and without liability, discontinue repository access, updates, the GitHub Discussions forum, or any other support or hosting service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Discontinuation of these services does not affect, reduce, or terminate the license already granted under Section 2. Customer is responsible for retaining their own copy of the Software (for example, by cloning or forking the repository) after access is granted, as continued repository access is not guaranteed.

13. General

This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties on this subject and supersedes all prior discussions and agreements. Modifications must be in writing. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement remains in effect.
